Free event photography

If there are 150 people or more attending your event AltoBasso Photography should be able to attend for free!

We will set up a backdrop and lights and take photographs of your guests in groups, couples or individually and print and mount chosen photographs onsite for guests to purchase. Here's what's included in the package:

• A photographic studio with backdrop and lights set up at your event
• Free photography for any guests who would like to have their photo taken
• Monitors for guests to view the photographs as soon as they've been taken
• A professional event printer for printing any photographs guests may want to purchase
• 9x6 inch mounted prints
• Absolutely no pressure-selling, if guests don't like their photos they don't have to buy prints
• Props such as feather boas and comedy glasses for guests to pose with if they want to liven up the shots
• A password-protected online gallery of images on our website

We cover a wide variety of events such as black tie functions, balls, dinner dances, school proms, charity events, fancy dress, sporting events, fetes and much more.

Charity events

If your event is in aid of a good cause we will donate 10% of our profits from the night to your charity OR we will donate print vouchers to be used as raffle prizes and redeemed on the night.

Here's a selection of charities we've donated to: Teenage Cancer Trust, The Wessex Cancer Trust, Leaf Charity, A Better Life, St Elizabeth's Hospice and Cancer Research UK.

Outdoor events

In the right circumstances we could also provide a similar service at a festival, fete, barn dance, sporting event or any event where guests may want to buy a mounted print at the event. We just need electricity and a cover in case of rain.

Cost

This service is free for the event organisers if there are more than 80 people at the event. If there are less people than this attending your event we may be able to agree an alternative solution. For example, a number of prints could be purchased in advance for your guests. Just get in touch to talk it through with us.

Reportage-style event coverage

If you want to record your event with professional photographic coverage then this is the package for you. AltoBasso Photography will come along and take photographs of the venue and decorative details, the key moments at the event such as speeches, presentations and auctions, and natural shots of your guests enjoying themselves. Here's what's included in the package:

• General photographic coverage of your event
• All image touching, cropping and corrections that are required
• Disc of images in high-resolution format for print and low-resolution for web
• Password-protected online gallery of images on our website
